The Multi-Channel Funnel reports in Google Analytics are mostly ignored by people because the data didn’t let you see the detail behind the aggregated numbers. All that has just changed, as Google has just added the Transaction ID to the list of dimensions available in MCF reports (via the API).
An update to the Google Analytics Pro connector from Analytics Edge now makes the Transaction ID dimension available for reporting. Now you can get details on individual transactions, and fully understand the number of visits and sources involved in your customers’ journey to purchase.
